I initially started this site, Supplement Intelligently, to document our journey, share our knowledge as we grow, and to build our online nutrition business with our Isotonix brand. We started taking the Isotonix supplements years ago and immediately started feeling the benefits, one of the reasons is because of the high absorption rate compared to other supplements, and the fact that so many lives have been improved by these supplements.

We are dedicated to helping others who wish to learn more about health and wellness. We are also dedicated to helping others grow and build an online business by giving the average person the ability to quit their 9-5 job, gain financial freedom, and increase their savings to build wealth.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US.

Some would say I’m very approachable, easy to get along with, and help out where I can. Amy is very outgoing and very personable. We make a great team.

We love hanging out, going to the gym, whether it be a spin, or hip class, or just lift weights. We enjoy cooking, working and relaxing outside during the summer months, since we live in Wisconsin, it gets rather cold outside. During the winter months we enjoy visiting one of our favorite places, Sanibel Island Florida. During our visit to Florida, we enjoy taking a morning run on the beach and looking for shells, this also includes some relaxing downtime enjoying the sun and sipping on some drinks.

MY REAL-LIFE EXPERIENCE WITH ISOTONIX SUPPLEMENTS.

Being born and raised on a farm I didn’t know anything about proper supplementation, I do know that growing up we ate many fruits and vegetables, it wasn’t until I moved out and started living my own life that I realized the benefits of proper supplementation.

Of course, it did take me many years to realize this, I never thought that the allergies I had developed in my late 20’s could be reduced to being nonexistent through supplementation, I started taking the OPC-3 supplement.

Life before OPC-3 was challenging, every spring I would suffer from allergies, the typical, red itchy eyes, sneezing and congestion, I would buy the typical OTC allergy solution, but nothing has worked as well as OPC-3 I’ve been able to breathe, stand next to trees full of pollen with no allergic symptoms. Not only has OPC-3 helped with my allergies, it has improved my joint flexibility and removed my joint pain. Back in 2001 during my knee surgery I was informed that I have early stages of arthritis the Dr informed me as I age my joint pain would increase, I did have problems and occasional pain flareups in my joints, then one day after taking OPC-3 for a few months I realized the pain and discomfort from my joints seemed to have gone away. These are a few reasons that I will continue to take OPC-3 daily.

There are many other Isotonix supplements that I have added to my daily schedule such as Daily Essentials and others as needed, I also started following the TLS Health lifestyle program to educate and help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
